Which would you use an audible credit for, my first audible so I wanna make it good
My choices are
•slewfoot
•project Hail Mary
•verity
•animal farm/1984
Any other suggestions welcomed also. I’m not picky with books. I’m willing to try anything but I do lean more towards thrillers.

The audiobook experience for Project Hail Mary is so good
I’d second Project Hail Mary. I’ve heard people say it’s one of the best audiobooks of all time.
Audible has a full cast version of 1984. It is probably on Audible Plus, so can listen to it without using a credit.
I haven’t read/ listened to Slewfoot so I can’t say. Project Hail Mary was really great. I read the paper versions of Animal Farm/ 1984 but I’d assume the audio versions are well done…
I don’t recommend Verity. I thought it was quite basic. Like the author was trying too hard to make a commercial hit rather than just write a great book. Heaps of on page sex and ‘twists’ but not great. If it’s on sale or you can get it for free at your library that would be better.
I recommend Smoke City by Keith Rosson or The Centre by Ayesha Manazir Siddiqi. Both excellent spec fic/ scifi with aspects of thriller/mystery. I listened to both on Audible.
