I want books with pure villains who do very bad things and don’t have some sort of arc where they were good all along! If u read shadow and bone you know who im talking about. I want the mmc to be basically irredeemable but as long as they’re villainous with terrible actions I’m perfect with it! Bonus if the fmc is scared of him
Also if the mmc does bad things to coerce the fmc to join him or something like that!
I’m not a fan of dark romance but any other genre works:)

The Devil All The Time by Donald Ray Pollock has several storylines, including one with a serial killing couple, and is a book of increasing horrors
A Simple Plan by Scott Smith (despite its somewhat plain sounding title and author) involves a husband and wife (and several other characters) all making extremely poor decisions, each of which only dig their dark hole deeper into evil
