Sexual stuff and maybe satire stuff too.
Stuff like Gullivers Travels, but I want to see something where a guy like finds small (tiny, like the size of his finger) people.
Maybe sexual scenes because that would be lowkey interesting and ridiculous to see
Also maybe where a person stumbles upon into a place of giants

What about a land of logical horses?
Otherworld by Tad Williams I think is your jam. It depicts people in interesting ways, sometimes pretty intense ways.
It’s a long read and I read it when I was young, it’s in 4 books so bite-size pieces. Enjoy.
I don’t want to color your opinion of these books so I’ll say sci-fi-ish is a fair label, it’s not historical or like noir or anything. From your description of what you’re interested in I think you’d love these books.
