i am in a huge book slump and am looking for recs!
ideally fantasy or dark romance but im open to other genres!
i want a short (or shortish) book with some kind of romance. spice is appreciated but not mandatory

have you tried the ten thousand doors of january? it’s got that dreamy fantasy vibe with romance woven in and isn’t too long. if you want something with more spice maybe check out hunt on dark waters – it’s fantasy pirates with good tension and moves pretty quick
