Looking for a book where the MC is on the run after being wrongly accused of murder

So I recently watched the korean drama Two Weeks and am looking for a book to read with a similar plot. Where the MC is wrongly accused of murder (whether framed or happenstance) and is on the run from the police rather than trying to prove their innocence through a trial. Bonus points if there is someone other than the police chasing them to kill them (keep them silent) or revenge (family/friend of murdered).

Genre wise I am looking for a modern action plot but I also enjoy fantasy. Sci Fi isn't really my thing.
