Novels similar to Lankhmar by Fritz Leiber?

I'm looking for short stories or novels similar to the Lankhmar Saga by Fritz Leiber. I wish to focus on works that put a heavy emphasis on the following element :

• The story is set in a single city, inspired by Antiquity, Middle-Age, Renaissance or all three combined.

• Action scenes primarely focused on sword fights.

• The story should also include inspirations from Noir and Hardboiled fiction, as the eponymous Lankhmar is partly inspired by Chicago.
