Help me to choose my first fantasy series!

As the title suggests, im looking for suggestions or recommendations for which series I should use to open the doors into the fantasy universe.

After a barren spell of no reading in my 20s I have now become entirely consumed by reading again as of October and have been having an absolute blast!

So far in terms of “fantasy” I have read;

Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman (4.5/5)

The Six of Crows Duology by Leigh Bardugo (4.5/5)

Season of Fear by Emily Cooper (4/5)

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller (3/5)

Piranesi by Susanna Clarke (3/5)

And the only fantasy series I have tackled is the Gael Song Trilogy by Shauna Lawless (4/5) as I thought it would be a nice introduction to more epic scale fantasy that I’m really eager to tackle further down the line!

Would be very grateful for any help or feedback you knowledgeable folk would have in helping me decide what would be the best series to become more well acquainted with fantasy on an epic scale!
