Help! I have been on a kick with these two and have read through almost their entire repertoires within the first two months of this year (don’t even ask me how, I have no idea).
What can I read to give me the same feeling? I love the writing style and have also been into books that make you feel very strong emotions (whether than be sadness, happiness, etc). I love writing that makes you go “damn, that’s a bar” after reading it.
Edit: for context, I also just read The Names and LOVED it.
TIA!

Some of my favourites as a fan of TJR and Backman are:
1. Kevin Wilson – his books are a bit quirky and feel easy to read but have alot of emotional depth to them. My favourite is Nothing to See Here but I suspect you might particularly like Now is Not the Time to Panic.
2. I just read All the Colours of the Dark by Chris Whitaker and found it really absorbing.
3. The God of the Woods by Liz Moore was also quite good.
4. Kala by Colin Walsh really sucked me in and stuck with me
