Looking for historical fiction books set in ancient times regardless of region

I am reading Nero by Conn Iggulden and it absolutely got me hooked in. I need your help in finding historical fiction books with similar prose Roman, Greece, Persian, Celtic, Viking, Ancient Egypt, Ancient China etc it doesn’t matter. I like character based books where there are morally grey personalities if possible. Thank you in advance.
