So I’m learning Spanish via Duolingo, but I’m nowhere near learning day to day words and sentences. So my best bet is kids books, maybe a little fantasy, but for young children so the language is easier, then later when that’s going well I want to switch over to books that are for kids a little older.

I taught myself English through reading, so I think this is my best option here too. Any advise for books? I don’t really care about the storyline , as long as I can learn Spanish.

    Thank you! 🥰

    1. Well, you could just pick the spanish translation of a simple book. But if you want an original one, you could try La Ciudad y Las Bestias by Isabel Allende
