I mainly gravitate towards fantasy elements, I enjoy grimdark books a lot, but on the other side I love Pratchett and his humorous parodies.
I love medieval times, but mostly when coupled with the depressive reality of how bleak and dark medieval times was.
I enjoy mentions of gods, or lack of; I really enjoy vampires.
Not a huge fan of science fiction, though I've only ever tried Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.
I enjoyed the first couple hours but it fizzled out.
Any help would be appreciated

great list, how about…
Brandon Sanderson’s The Frugal Wizard’s Handbook for Surviving Medieval England
The World of the Five God’s series
Highly recommend the “Lioness Rampant” series by Tamora Pierce. Its an amazingly fleshed out world with several other series that take place after the original series!
If you like the count of monte cristo for the revenge plot I recommend the rage of dragons, probably the best revenge story I’ve read
The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins
