    My life has become very different lately. My father who has Alzheimer’s was put on hospice and that very night my boyfriend of three years decided he needed to move out to “work on himself.” A month later I found out that my boyfriend had been cheating on me for our entire relationship. He brought random hookups into my house and slept with them on my bed. He had a second girlfriend who he was going on monthly vacations with while i thought we were working on making our relationship stronger. After all of his secrets were exposed I came to realize (through research and talks with my therapist) that he most likely has antisocial personality disorder with possibly some narcissistic traits. I feel like the man I knew never existed and everything was a lie. Every memory with him the last three years of my life has been ruined knowing that every smile was hiding the dark truth underneath. Im looking for some books (mostly self help) that might help me through this time and in the future. Anything to help me process what has happened, work through it, and hopefully never fall for someone’s lies again. Thank you!
