Looking for a list of easy read- books to for night reading

I’ve really enjoyed reading The Alchemist, I Don’t Want to Grow Up, Being of the Field and a book about Natural Hazards. I’m looking for some more recommendations, easy reading that will keep me intrigued. Since going to uni I stopped reading books so much and it has just been research articles and I feel like my concentration is really bad unless I get a book that really grabs my attention.

My interests include anything environmental/earth science related, sci-fi, spiritual/self-journey, wlw, aliens, supernatural etc.
