Books with outsiders as protagonists

I'd like some books like

– The Perks of Being a Wallflower

– It's Kind of a Funny Story

– Our Chemical Hearts

(Twilight too, where they overlap).

They don't need to be a coming-of-age, but it would be nice if they had an introspective narrative.
