Just watched the Manosphere documentary and chased it down by reading Men Who Hate Women. I open my phone every day to watch progress unravel. Looking for a new perspective or maybe hope or just a story to hang onto for now. Need a reset.

    1. I’m Starting to Worry About This Black Box of Doom by Jason Pargin. It’s all about why people fall into harmful thought patterns, including incel behaviour, but it’s got a very hopeful ending.

i get that feeling tbh, that kind of spiral after heavy docs/books is real. you might like *hood feminism* by mikki kendall, it kinda reframes things in a more grounded, real world way. also *circe* by madeline miller isn’t nonfiction but it weirdly gave me that “reset” feeling, more introspective and about finding your own power. if you want somthing more hopeful, *the book of hope* by jane goodall felt calming without ignoring reality. not gonna fix everything obv but these helped me step back a bit and not feel so stuck in it
