I’m looking for a book that genuinely helps you get through a divorce, not just generic advice.
Something that deals with the emotional side of it, the identity shift, the loneliness, rebuilding your life… all of it.
It can be fiction or non-fiction. I’m open to memoirs, self-help, or even novels that just get it.
I’d especially love something that feels honest and raw, not overly optimistic or cliché.
If you’ve read a book that helped you during (or after) a divorce, I’d really appreciate your recommendation.
