maybe try tender is the flesh by agustina bazterrica – its not exactly classic but has that disturbing beautiful vibe and definitely hits the cannibalism aspect hard. for something more classic you could look at the road by cormac mccarthy, super bleak atmosphere even though cannibalism is more background element
