      I have also had the «problem» of feeling jealous a lot! What I did to try to turn it around was to always see it positive afterwards. For example: “I’m so jealous my best friend went on a trip to London with a mutual friend of ours, and I was not ever invited!!!!” I add something positive at the end, “but I’m so glad she gets to experience London and hope she sends me lots of awsome pictures! So happy for her, love her”.
      I’m mostly jealous/possessive towards my good friends, so this helps for me.
      I have never had problems with strangers or been jealous of people I don’t know.
      Hope this might help just a little bit, it took me a bit of practice to now always see the positive side of being jealous ⭐️ good luck ⭐️
