I started reading haunting adeline because I was really fascinated with the topic of stalking mystery, thrill and not gonna lie I was pretty engaged but now I am at 17th chapter and I feel like all I am reading is smut

as much as I hate leaving a book unread like that I don’t want to read it anymore, is some insane plot twist waiting or is it just less story and all smut

Should I continue or discontinue reading it?
