    I feel lost, mentally emotionally, physically. I’ve deleted instagram on and off have been conscious about my screen time my diet, exercising frequently but I want to stimulate my brain, I want to read literature that will change the way I think maybe even feel, less anxious . But still I feel lost, I feel wrapped up in tasks, I’ve gone to therapy and that helped me feel less like this but I want to give reading a try, I keep saying I’m going to read every year and never do. I wanna read something that gives me meaning or makes me look at life differently than all the media, consumerism and death that we see on tv I need a break. Thanks for the help I promise I’m okay.
