Books with Gravity Falls vibes but for adults?

I love the weird small town setting with cryptids and supernatural creatures from Gravity Falls. Looking for books with that same vibe but aimed at adults. Not too dark or horror heavy, more quirky and mysterious with a sense of humor. Bonus points if there's a good mystery or found family dynamic. Series preferred but standalones also fine. Already have A Lonely Broadcast on my list. Anything else like that?
