Most comprehensive Book of Mormon beliefs, practices, and general secrets?

I know I can read things like Book of Mormon but I want to hear all the stuff about planets and things that aren’t talked about in the book. Knowing this territory I would assume the author should be an ex Mormon. Any suggestions?
