Suggest me a book with anti god theme

I’m open to most genres when it comes to books, except sci-fi. I’m also not interested in non-fiction written from an atheist perspective.

What I’m really looking for is fiction that thoughtfully explores anti-God or faith-related themes, something that engages with the idea seriously, not superficially.
