Gday, my partner is crazy about books and I am utterly clueless!
I really want to get her a new book as a gift but honestly have no idea where to start. I thought I’d come here for some help.

Some of these writers have special edition hardcovers. You could buy her a book she already loves in a glow-up edition. I imagine consulting the relevant author’s website will help you find them.
