Where is your comfort place to read? Is it in your home, at a library, or a café? And does the place you read your book affect your reading experience or how much you’ve enjoyed the book? Do you have specific memories of a particular book tied to where you read it on a certain day or in a certain kind of weather?
I love reading at home but reading outside when it’s sunny out feels nice as the fresh air fills my lungs and the birds chirp around me. It brings me back to years ago when I lived in a different city and I long for those days to be here again.

Used to have a room in my old house with a bookshelf, couch, and stereo, and a window facing my back yard. I could have sat on that couch with my books, music and cats for hours.
Nowadays my current house has nothing close. It’s either in bed, or on the couch in the living room surrounded by the toys my kids have everywhere.
With a kindle overlooking large bodies of water.
My room. My bed, pillows, socks, food, and tv are there. I do like it to be raining outside when I read but it’s not necessary. Allergies prevent me from going outside too much, so inside is my haven.
I love reading at a diner with a never ending cup of coffee and some breakfast sausage in front of me
On the porch, front or back! Looking to upgrade my seating for that this year.
my bathtub is criminally underrated for reading lol, got one of those cheap bath trays and it’s become my go-to on weekends. something about being warm and cocooned just makes everything hit different. only downside is i always lose track of time and the water goes cold
I read the Bee sting when I went on holidays to Greece. It was a chill laid back holiday and I woke up most mornings, had breakfast, lounged by the pool while reading. Finished the book in about 5-6 days.
