I want to start writing more comprehensive book reviews on Goodreads, instead of the usual few sentences I write for most books. What are some things you think would be part of a well-written review?
Also, does this even matter? Would people read my reviews, or are Goodreads reviews ignored if they're not the top reviews?

Idk I like to hear, ideally, writing style, ease of read, story credibility, basic story summary, comparisons to other authors when applicable. Does the author write well? Is it interesting? Does he place you right into the story? (Visualization) Is there politics? Some readers want/don’t want political undertones. Is the story fantastical? Realistic? Bad verbiage/grammar/punctuation? (Hopefully not, but I’ve seen a few!)
