The Andrea Vernon series by Alexander Kane. it’s silly funny similar to the movie Airplane, as opposed to more intellectual humor like David Sedaris. I love both!

      True Grit by Charles Portis

    10. Jana DeLeon Miss Fortune series and Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich are both laugh out loud light mysteries.

Hitchhiker’s Guide, Discworld, and more recently Dungeon Crawler Carl are all series have made me actually lol. My sense of humor was very much shaped by Monty Python if that gives you an idea. I really wish I could post quotes.

This one is crazy but Demon Copperhead had me laughing until I cried in multiple places. That book had me swinging like a yoyo between depressing tearjerker and laughing out loud.
