Need some dark sci-fi thriller recommendations

Hey all,

I just got back into reading this year. I’ve read a few romantasy books, The Institute by Stephen King, and a few other more traditional fantasy novels.

I really enjoy a good sci-fi thriller movie/show and was wondering if anyone had some recommendations based on a few shows I’ve enjoyed.

Dark Matter (will read one day)

Silo (I have these books and will read soon!)

I am open to both short and long books, although short stories aren’t something I’d necessarily gravitate towards on my own.
