I’ve been in a reading slump for a while now. I used to be sooo in love with reading, but now I find it hard to stay motivated when starting a new book OR I don’t know what to read. Any suggestions for a book about a character who just feels stuck? Maybe a character who hasn’t found their way yet or is figuring it out? It would be nice to read something that reflects what ive kinda been feeling for a little bit. ORRR if you read a book recently that you couldn’t put down, I’d love to hear what it was.

You might like The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, it really captures that feeling of being stuck and questioning your path. Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine is another one that explores that quiet struggle and gradual change in a very human way. I’ve always felt drawn to stories where the character isn’t fully “there” yet, where they’re still figuring things out in the middle of everything, because that’s often where the most real growth happens.

The Works of Vermin by Hiron Ennes. I found this one un-put-downable but it is less easily readable.
