I am finally getting through a backlogs of books i had since i graduated high school. All of them were young adult but i feel like i am ready to move on to more adult books. I love fantasy, sci-fi or dystopian
novels. The Scythe series is one of my favorites. I do like some romance. Dystopian worlds are my favorite. I am open to some thriller recommendations as well.

Ilona Andrews Innkeeper Chronicles –A magic Inn, space werewolves and vampires, a lot of really unique aliens, mystery, romance, action, a fun and humorous series
The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood
There is no antimemetics division – qntm
The Handmaid’s Tale – Margaret Atwood
The Discworld books – Terry Pratchett
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas – Hunter S. Thompson… A crazy trippy story about a drug fueled fraud spree that Hunter S. Thompson takes during the 70s to vegas. Some parts are hilarious, some are really fucked up. There’s a movie made after this and it’s pretty good. The book is better.
Slaughterhouse 5 – Kurt Vonnegut…. A scifi / history / anti war book about a man who survived the Dresden fire bombing. There’s time travel, aliens, war history, etc. It’s an amazing book that feels very modern. This book changed the way I viewed the world when I read it as an 18 year old. It is about so much more than what I said you’ll love it.
Do androids Dream of election sheep? – Phillip K. Dick… This is the book the blade runner moves are based off. The movies are not like the book. The book is so much better. It tackles AI and androids. The main character is an escaped Android Hunter who tracks down Androids who run away. Androids begin to get advanced enough that he can’t tall them and humans apart.
