Not sure if this is an appropriate posting for this page but does anyone have any suggestions for books to read when you’re stressed, anxious or burned out from work? I am looking for more self help related books.
I like Breneb Brown’s content when I need to find the heart to re-engage with my work in a meaningful way.
The No Aasholes Rule might also be helpful depending on what you’re dealing with.
And, hear me out, if you’re feeling particularly beat up and burnt out by the job, maybe take a detour on your way to self help. Press pause, take a beat, and use your off hours to either reread and enjoy a book that fills your cup, or pick up something new that offers a true escape. On the other side of that, re-engage.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Stephen Covey helps you discover what’s inportant to you, and build a better foundation for your decisions. I’ve read a lot of self-help books, and this one really sticks with me.
