I wanna start reading more novels but dunno where to start!!

It’s a little embarrassing to admit that I mostly read manga and stuff and visual novels if that counts for anything but I have read some novels in the past for reference I’ve read the cruel prince and really liked it so I tried to read another fantasy, divine rivals but wasn’t as much of a fan so I might prefer simpler writing if I had to say what my fav genres were I read a lot of romance I’ll read girls love, boys love or straight romance as long as it’s interesting but I mostly read girls love tbh other than that maybe super-naturally or fantasy like series but also easy to follow oh and I really like cats
