Looking for emergency medicine fiction

I’m looking for a thriller that mostly takes place in a hospital trauma medicine setting.

I love watching emergency room documentaries on YT that rightly portray the trauma staff (nurses, doctors, and specialist surgeons) as heroes. Love watching all the years of medical training kick-in in an emergency to diagnose medical problems and save lives. I’m looking for fiction, probably thriller, definitely not romance, that is heavily based around trauma medicine in a hospital. I’m NOT looking for anything about first responders (EMS, ambulances, etc), as valuable as they are. I want some detail on how the doctors try to diagnose medical mysteries, though I’m not strictly interested in “medical mysteries”—I could go for one, but not a requirement. Also, I’m open to combat medic stuff as long as it’s about the field hospitals rather than the medical on the front lines.
