Hi guys,
I’m part of a book club with my best friend and some of her family. We choose a book by choosing from a few prompts we each suggest, and then each bring a selected book under the winning category to the next meeting, where we then vote for the winning next book. The prompt that won out this time around is “books set in cities you would like to visit but never have”.
However, ive been really struggling to find a book, and to top it off weve also been dealing with a power outage at our house so my mind has really been elsewhere and now i need to pick!
what are your favourite books set in a city? please help me whittle it down, the book club is tonight and i am stumped!
Thank You!

Elaine Castillo’s *America Is Not the Heart* is a love letter to the SF Bay Area suburb of Milpitas – talk about an overlooked city.
