Is there any book where the male lead and female lead was first encounter was kinda a spicy and then they became friends and slowly boy realizes he has fallen for her but decides to not confess his feelings then later she realises she feels the boy is special to her but can't understand is this love.
I'm a new reader haven't read many books I'm just starting.

Pride and Prejudice might work for you – Elizabeth and Darcy have that tension from start and it builds really slowly while they figure out their feelings
