Hello all! I recently started reading physical books, as it as helped allow me to slow down, be mindful and more present, and focus on my vocabulary and attention to words to be able to use them to speak more positively and coherently.
I recently just finished some books such as :
Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance
The Four Agreements
The Alchemist
The Power of Now
I really enjoyed reading the power of now. I have fallen in love with author Eckhart Tolle- and was considering picking up A New Earth.
In addition to this, I do have Be Here Now by Ram Dass, but have always been startled on where to start, and how to digest or start this book.
I am looking for any recommendations on advice on either how to start Be Here Now, or any books around spirituality and mindfulness. Main focus I am looking to read more about is mindfulness and how to regulate my feelings to be the best version of myself and always see the light in myself and others.
I am also familiar with lectures and talks of Alan Watts, Ram Dass, and Thich Nhat Hanh- but less of their literary works.
