Suggest me a book about the start of a kingdom

Something where the main character raises from a 0 with no land or titles to starting and ruling over multiple city states as a king or something. Something that builds a world from the ground up. Preferably realistic fiction or at least the power system isn’t the main focus. Also preferably an audio book.
