As per title I’m looking for books that will make me cry so much I can’t see. I’ve only had that experience once this year, and while I’ve gotten close a couple of times since it hasn’t quite occurred again.

Books that were close but no cigar:
Alchemised
The Broken Earth Trilogy
The Poet Empress
My preferred genre is fantasy but also enjoy lit fic and historical fic. But I’ll read any genre if it will devastate me.

The seven husbands of evelyn hugo absolutely wrecked me for like 3 days straight, had to call out of work because my eyes were too swollen to function properly
