Hi everyone, I’ve been reading this book, but honestly, I’m kind of bored so far 🙁 I just finished the part where he gave the first portrait. Can anyone share ur thoughts and lmk if it gets more interesting? I’m struggling to stay motivated to keep reading this book. It’s just not written in the way that i'm seeking to read it. #TheoofGolden

I had same feeling around that part but it definitely picks up after the second portrait scene – the whole dynamic shifts and becomes way more engaging. Maybe push through like 2-3 more chapters and see if it hooks you better, but no shame in DNF if it’s just not your style
