Read my first book and need more

Recently I read the project hail Mary book because of the movie but regardless of that I have always had interest in reading, and surprisingly that book was my first one, so I came here hoping on some ideas on what books should someone who started reading science fiction books, I'm open to any kind of book, but science fiction is kind of getting my eye, let me know if you guys have any idea on what should I continue reading.
