Recommendation for a book about drug use, recovery and turning things around later in life

My sister was recently arrested, and has spent the last 20 years of her life in and out of jail. Mostly for drug use, as well as other things like theft, and damaging property. She's 44 years old. I want to send her a book that she can relate to, but that can also give her hope, that it's not too late for her to make something of herself and turn things around. She's never really held a job for very long, as I think she's just lived a fast life for so long, that it feels boring to her. But she also keeps going back to the same guys and people who drag her right back into these habits when she's out of jail. Although she's not a huge reader, she'll have time to read whatever book I get for her. If you know of any books that might fit the bill, or if you have personal experience of one you've read that has helped you, I'd love to hear about it.

She's my only sibling, and as tiring as it is to have this keep happening.. I still care about her and want her to succeed. I've told her this, and that I'll help her however I can. But I'm hoping that maybe this time she can find some inspiration to stay clean once she's out, and maybe channel everything she's gone through to help other women or do something she finds joy in.
