I’m trying to improve my daily habits, but most of the books I come across feel very intense… like strict routines, waking up at 5AM, optimizing every second, etc.
I’m more interested in something realistic and sustainable.
Something that focuses on small changes, consistency, and not feeling overwhelmed.
Any recommendations?
