Very long story short — I’ve been living my life so go go go all the time and I feel like it’s impossible to fit all the things I want to do and be into a day/week/month/year. I’ve spent so much time trying to optimize my life and then today it dawned on me that I think the answer is I need to slow way down. I want to live a slow, relatively simple, happy, abundant life. Suggest me a book about that self help, nonfiction, fiction, whatever. How to make the transition from looking at everything as productivity optimization to just enjoying living your one precious life.

All kind of similar themes and nonfiction, but they had that effect on me! The first one in particular.
