I am just getting into reading. I finished reading dungeon Crawler Carl and thought it was such an awesome read and I believe it to be the one book that has finally gotten me to start reading books. I’ve been doing some research and found a few series that I believe I might like. Haven’t done too much research but I like what I hear from content creators and other readers. Does anyone else have any recommendations? Is there a specific order anyone wants me to read? Open to thoughts and opinions
Red Rising Series (currently reading)
Sun Eater Series
The Faithful and the Fallen Series
The Sword of Kaigen
Mistborn
The Way of Kings
The Lord Of The Rings Series
The Last Legacy
The Storm Light Archive
Farseer Trilogy

Nice list! If you’re coming from Dungeon Crawler Carl you might want to ease into some of these since they’re pretty different vibes. Red Rising is perfect next step – starts simple then gets crazy complex, and Pierce Brown knows how to keep you hooked
For order, I’d maybe suggest doing Mistborn before Way of Kings since it’s shorter commitment and lets you test if you like Sanderson’s style. Way of Kings is amazing but it’s like 1000+ pages and can feel slow in beginning. Also The Sword of Kaigen is standalone so you can throw that anywhere when you want break from series
Just heads up – some of these are pretty heavy time investments so don’t feel bad about taking breaks between the chunky ones. Lord of Rings especially can be bit of slog compared to more modern fantasy writing style
