Looking at your list I’d throw out The Goblin Emperor – has that same kind of intricate world building you seem to dig but with more court intrigue. Robin Hobb is solid so if you haven’t hit her Liveship Traders trilogy yet that’s probably your best bet, sits right between Farseer and Tawny Man chronologically and the magic system is wild
