Found a book last month written by a woman who worked at a small town post office for forty years. No trauma, no scandal, no inspirational comeback. Just stories about sorting mail, recognizing handwriting, watching seasons change through a lobby window. I could not put it down. Now every bestseller about celebrities or survival stories feels like too much noise.
