I have come to realise that I have become extremely indisciplined and suddenly unmotivated to put work into my passion which I was previously working hard towards.

I need a book to build discipline, good habits, and teach me about life as a whole (not philosophy tho)

I've heard most of the self help books repeat the same stuff and waste time and are therefore useless to a lot of people.

I need a book that teaches/guides me to implement change and yeah Im willing to learn.

    1. If you want something practical without feeling like recycled motivational quotes, Atomic Habits is probably the best place to start because it focuses heavily on systems and small behavioral changes that are actually realistic to apply. Deep Work by Cal Newport is also great if your main struggle is focus and discipline. Since you mentioned wanting something that teaches through experience rather than just theory, The Salesman and the Farmer by J. Logan Arnold might also work well for you because it approaches mindset, clarity, and taking action through a story instead of a traditional self help format, which makes the lessons feel more natural and easier to reflect on.
