I don't mean like biologically, i know that. But i want a book on like how human people function as societies and cultures? how religion, traditions etc can shape humans. Non fiction prefered, also i want something easy to read

If this is what you’re looking for, you should not write off fiction. In fact, you should seek it out. Fiction is where the human condition is explored most deeply.
I know you’re not looking for hard reads, so this is probably just unhelpful, but when you feel ready for it whether that is days or years from now I absolutely implore you to read War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy. It covers exactly what you’re looking to understand to a depth that no other book has or likely ever will, in my admittedly ill-informed opinion (and arguably is as much non-fiction as it is fiction)
I would start by picking a particular time period and region to start with, that’s too broad a topic for a single, simple book.
I do like The Cartoon History of The Universe series, and its spinoffs, by Larry Gonick a lot though. Don’t let the word “cartoon” fool you, it’s a pretty thick history lesson that covers a lot of ground, in the least dull way possible.
