The most restrained gentleman ever and the most oblivious woman of his dreams

I'm taking becoming a block of marble when she trips onto him. I'm talking averting his eyes but still helping her when the strap of her dress falls over her shoulder or something. I'm talking setting his forehead against hers even tho he wants to kiss her, only to get up and walk away. I'm talking gentleman behavior and never laying a finger on her, and apologizing when he accidentally does. I want a real deal restraint, self control, honor, gentle-natured but fierce character. FMC is not interested in romance and she processes his behavior as indifference/normal. Both of them are not “active in the market;” so they don’t “sleep around.”

I want any physical action, even as innocent as a high five, to be at her request or her doing.

And then I want a BBBBAABBBOOOOOMMMM. OUT OF BODY, ATMOSPHERIC LEVELS of love in action. I need to hear my pulse in my ears, people.
