Well-written fantasy books with trigger warnings

Hello! I have somewhat a weird request. I'd like a book with lots of trigger warnings in fantasy genre.

I am NOT looking for romanticized SA/abuse/dark romance and I am NOT looking for romantasy. I also don't want to read about illness or pedophilia. Everything else is fine. I'd love something dark (just not romanticized dark).

I loved Kushiel's Dart and ASOIAF if that helps.
